The reaction device for immunoblotting detection plates(test strips). The utility model is the supporting tray rack exclusively used for placing the test strips of allergen-specific IgE antibodies test kit( immunoblotting).
Remove the test strips(detector plates) required from the package, and insert into the slats on the small tray(the black incubator box).
Put the samll tray with the required test strips in a rocking shaker for incubation after adding serum, or secondary antibodies working solution, or substrate solution.
Washing: remove all the solution from the plate and wash it with washing solution for 10 seconds; Repeat the above five times.
Put the small tray into the big supporting tray (rack)
then put tray (rack) face down to the scanner
at last to get the determination result via software then print the reports.
